Welcome to the ‘daash’ Diabetes Awareness, Action and Self-Help support group. We meet on the last Friday of each month at Downham Health and Leisure Centre from 10:30am to 12:30pm.

All are welcome, including family, carers and friends of the participant attending. Question and Answer sessions cover most aspects of diabetes and refreshments are provided.
